The insert packed with your kit is the document to follow. If it differs from the PDF here, the insert in the kit applies to that lot.
The PDFs were updated in October 2026 with our current contact details, and lines that applied only to the United States were removed. Test procedures, performance data and limitations were not changed.
The Flu A & B document is a sample laboratory procedure that laboratories can adapt; it does not replace the insert supplied with the kit.
Inserts for other products in the rapid tests catalog are sent on request.

Frequently asked questions

Can I get an insert in another language?

Published inserts are in English. Ask us what is available for your country; where a translation is required for registration, it is normally arranged with the distributor.

Where is the insert for a product not listed here?

Email sales@firstdiagnostic.com with the product name and catalog number and we will send the current insert.

Why do some inserts show a CE mark and others do not?

Each document carries the marks printed on the insert as issued. The inserts for HBsAg, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, Malaria P.f. and Rubella IgG/IgM carry the CE mark. See quality and regulatory information.
